Emotions
Welcome back, friends.
Anyway, today, we are talking about emotions. Emotions are just feelings; they are how we react at that moment. In other words, emotions are a subjective state of mind. Emotions are not the same as a mood, as the mood is a state of mind that predisposes us to react in a certain way.
So let's start-
Anger is a raging state when you say whatever comes to your mind. When you are angry, you shout and are mad at everyone around you.
Fear- Fear is a natural, powerful and primitive human emotion. When in fear, you imagine things that never happened or think there is a monster in the shadows, and you start to hide as you think it will catch you. Like me, I have a BIG fear of cockroaches, spiders, everything crawling.
Sadness is an emotional pain associated with, or characterized by, feelings of disadvantage, loss, despair, grief, helplessness, etc.
